UK shipping is handled by DPD. While shipping rates are calculated at checkout, it's usually £5 within the UK. Orders over £500 ship free.

For international orders, it depends on where you are. We use a few different carriers, and rates are shown at checkout. Free international shipping applies on orders over £1000.

Not currently. Duties and taxes aren’t included at checkout, and any charges added by your country’s customs are down to you.

We’re hoping to simplify this in the future, but for now—worth checking before it ships. Orders refused due to customs fees can’t be refunded.

As soon as your order ships you'll receive tracking details by email. You’ll be able to follow it the whole way—no need to refresh every five minutes, but we get it.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. With next working day delivery, you’ll have it within 1–2 working days. Just enough time to make room in the wardrobe.

If it’s already been processed, it’s yours—for now. You can return it once it lands.

Start with the basics:

• Check that your dispatch confirmation email has arrived—it includes tracking.
• Click the tracking link and see where your parcel is.
• Check for delivery cards, emails, or missed calls from the courier. It might be waiting at a local depot.
• Ask if someone at your address signed for it.
• It’s rare, but sometimes neighbours get involved—worth checking next door.

If it looks like it’s stuck, your best bet is to contact the courier directly first—they’ll have the most up-to-date info.

You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s unworn, in original condition, and includes all tags and packaging. Complete and include the return form from your order to make sure your refund can be processed quickly.

UK returns come with a pre-paid label. If you’re requesting a refund, we’ll deduct a flat return fee for the shipping. For exchanges—whether it’s a different size or a different piece—we’ll waive it.

For International returns, the process is similar, but without the pre-paid label. Please return your order, including return form, to [ADDRESS]

We recommend reusing the original packaging and sending it back with tracking. We’re not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit, so best to play it safe.

Once your return has reached our warehouse, please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. If it hasn’t arrived within that time, please email us at support@areteosun.com and we’ll look into it straight away.
